Jason & Skylar Ferris

Jason and Skylar met shortly after Jason joined Bread of Stone and BNY Production in 2014. They got married in May of 2017 and began their new life together on the road full time.

Jason began his musical journey at a young age and is now an accomplished professional drummer and percussionist with having more than 2 decades experience in music (touring, recording and serving in churches) as both a signed and independent artist.

Jason has drummed and played percussion with many artists over the years, but is most noted for being a member of CCM pop/rock band, Bread of Stone and currently playing drums, music directing and tour managing for CCM artist Cade Thompson and playing percussion for the band Sanctus Real. He specializes in live performance both as a performer himself and producing other artist’s performances. Jason has experience in tour managing, show advancing, stage managing and has another decade of experience working as an audio, video, lighting and visual production crew member - over eight of those years were with BNY Production working everything from concert tours, to music festivals, conferences, corporate events and political rallies.

Jason has a heart for helping others succeed in their music endeavors. He pushes clients to reach their full potential and be their best self on and off the stage. Jason’s passion grew out of a love for music and turned into a life of full-time music and ministry.

Skylar is all-around musically gifted. She began singing at a young age and grew up to have a notable career as a singer/songwriter pop artist. She too now has more than 2 decades experience in music (touring, recording and serving in churches).

Skylar was a dance choreographer and teacher for many years - which comes in handy when working with clients on natural and purposeful movements. She later became the production manager and audio engineer for Bread of Stone and has mixed numerous high-profile clients - ranging from music artists to various heads of government - while working with BNY Production.

She has a natural ear and a true gift for mixing that was discovered after being thrown into the fire behind a sound console for the first time. Her mixing “in the pocket” has received praise and recognition by renowned audio engineers! Skylar specializes in general audio mixing, mixing backing tracks for live use, fundamental choreography, creating lyric videos and partnering with clients as a social media assistant.

Skylar has a very sweet heart and she lights up the room whether performing herself or helping others with their live show alongside her husband.
